The site is operated by PRHUT Africa Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Kenya (“PRHUT Africa”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@prhutafrica.com.

- You will not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful purpose.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems, upload malware, or interfere with other users.

All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, trademarks, insights and design — is owned by PRHUT Africa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws. 4. Client engagements
Any consultancy, PR or communications services are governed by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties. This website does not by itself create a client relationship, retainer, or contract.
5. Payments
Where you make payments via the site, the payment is processed by our third-party payment providers under their terms. All amounts are in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with your engagement letter.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRHUT Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Nairobi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
